I had an excellent experience with Talyer Auto Highpoint. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They explained everything in detail and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which i really appreciated.

I've had a fantastic experience here! Staff are very friendly and communication is transparent and clear. These guys are straight to the point with the service and for any repairs, consent was always asked with a clear price before any works were done. I dropped off my car for a service (without mentioning any specific issues) and theyve identified legitimate issues that matched the symptoms that i've noticed while driving (creaks, rattles, knocking sounds, loose steering, clunky transmission). The team was very fast and efficient in supply and repairs. I was also updated via SMS as to how my car was progressing. My car feels so much more responsive now and also a lot more safer!!! The complimentary wash and vacuum is a cherry on top! Thank you guys!

Taylor auto is one of best mechanics I have dealt with.. I can not express this enough I am absolutely happy with the work they did on my car..my car needed a full service, and the mechanic gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed , which I was aware of it, the mechanic actually message you saying would you like to go ahead on your repairs or not, but I rang them saying I have a budget of this amount can you fix what really important and in a few week I fix something else the mechanic was happy to do that..so I had a few things fix on my car.. while they where fixing my car they touch bass with you and send photos of before and after shots what the had fix on the car and also they tex you and let you know all the updates on the car how long they got to finsh the repairs off.. I have dealt with a lot of mechanics though out my life and I have been not happy with the out come.. but talyer auto is definitely the one to send your car for service and mechanical repairs I just want to say thank you so much for your amazing work guys keep it up I will definitely get my car fix with again cheers Maggie 👍

The team was excellent in helping me prioritise the important fixes without leaving me out of pocket and planning the other fixes for the next service.

I have been going to Highpojnt Talyer for many years for car service, RWC and general repairs. The team and service are both amazing. The girls at the front and also the boys at the back are doing an incredible job. Always willing to help out and provide with the best outcome in an timely manner. Well experience mechanic and with detailed Explanation and friendly,at first I brought my car in other shop they scan my car and checked and their findings is the transmission is damaged that need to changed it cost me lot money but I'm not satisfied that's why I'm thinking of another option to other shop, like TALYER highpoint,they fix my car smoothly At minimal cost that not the transmission is damaged.

Very friendly service team and environment at Epping, they provided a detailed explanation of parts, and service for my vehicle. They wash vehicle & polish the tires (the delearship never did this after service). This kind of service and customer experience will keep me going back to them for my future services.

Reliable car service. Inspects your car feom top to bottom, inside and out. Explains all the safety issues of your car and the urgent repairs that is needed. People there are very approachable. They also offer warm drinks and snacks while waiting. I recommend this place for your car service.

I've been to different auto mechanic, most of them would either have a a cheap price with a bad service or good service with very expensive price. Talyer Auto Service Centre would offer you best service with reasonable price. I wouldn't mind driving through traffic coming from Richmond going to their shop just to have a peace of mind that my car is in good driving condition. I highly recommend their services. Always gives friendly services and explains the car issues that have been resolved and the problems that may have been the cause. We have used this great family service for 3 years now. I highly recommend as it is a short walk to Highpoint Shopping Centre, so you can drop your car off for a service and kill time at the mall.
